This is the mounting plate that slides into the Bogen 577. It attaches to the bottom of your cameras so you can simply slide your cameras on and off your Sticky Pod in less than 3 seconds. Buy a couple extras for your additional cameras so you can swap out cameras on the fly. If you have multiple cameras, whether still or video, be sure to grab a couple of these just for the convenience. These plates work with all consumer and prosumer cameras and they have both a 1/4-20 and a 3/8-16 mounting screw for your cameras. These thread sizes are the industry standards.
