Sticky Pod uses the PayPal network as a
merchant to process payments through all major
credit cards including Visa, MasterCard,
Discover and American Express. We use the
PayPal network because of their vast
international merchant processing.
Please keep in mind that you must know your
proper billing address for your credit card to
complete a transaction on our site. If
you do not use the proper information, your
credit card company will apply an authorization
to your credit card and these funds will not be
available to you for up to 10 days. If
you fail to complete your transaction, you
accept the responsibility for the
authorizations you will be charged until such
time that the funds are released back to
you. If you repeatedly fail to complete
your transaction, your credit card will
repeatedly be charged a temporary
authorization. For example, if you
attempt to purchase a Sticky Pod and your total
charge is $200 dollars, but you fail to
complete your transaction a total of three
times, then your credit card company will
authorize a total of $600 dollars for up to 10
days. This $600 dollars will not be
available to you until your credit card company
releases the funds back to you. Sticky
Pod, Tom Heibel or any associate of Sticky Pod,
herein known as Sticky Pod, cannot release
these credit card funds because we have not
received any of these funds. You must
contact your credit card company and work out
the details with them. Sticky Pod will
not fax any letters, email any information or
contact your credit card company at any
time. You agree that the failed
transactions are the fault of you the credit
card holder and you will hold Sticky Pod
harmless of any consequences resulting from
your negligence.
